The Bachelorette, Season 2 [Round 1]
Who: Pepper Potts, Axel, Damon Salvatore, Dean Winchester, Peter Jacob, the Riddler, V, Dr. Watson, Leslie Vernon on occasion, and possibly Balthazar.
When: Sunday afternoon (forward-dated)
Where: In the Southern District
What: Sunday in the park with Pepper! A quiet picnic for three, and the first elimination.
Notes:In this log, contestants will be paired up in groups of two, and each pair will spend part of the day enjoying a light meal on a picnic blanket under the trees. A thread with each pair is named below in which to tag their picnic happenings. A final thread at the bottom is added for the elimination, where Pepper can take out a paintgun provided to her by the studio, and shoot the loser.
The comments for the competition can be as short or long as possible, and in any posting order; however, the elimination should be done as soon as Pepper feels confident with who she's eliminating for the night (So, if she wants to kick someone out right away, she can tag that immediately). Also, if the contestants get a little too rowdy, Leslie may come over to bash a few heads together. Otherwise, relax and have fun!
The weather could not possibly be more perfect for a picnic. It was sunny and warm but not too hot; fortunate for July. Cooler in the shade, Leslie completed spreading the red and white blanket over the shade in what he deemed a good, dry space. Several picnic baskets, filled with fruit, bread, and juice, sat to the side in wait.
He leaned back against a park bench, holding a camera in his lap, and waited for the contestants to make their way into the park. Each pair was spaced an hour apart; doing so shouldn't overwhelm Pepper with too many faces, and give her the time needed to make her decision.
And, if anything, he'd feed a handful of people. So it was all win-win.
