When:Super-backdated to... Thursday? Yeah, I fail.

Well, after a lot of teamwork and last minute bending preparations, the carnival was ready. Everyone pitched in, and somehow this crazy thing actually managed to pull itself together in no time! Wally was honestly impressed as he looked at the transformed lot. Carnival stands, a Ferris Wheel, teacups, a funhouse, a goldfish game stand with rubber balls instead of goldfish.... and best of all, food. Lots of it.
After making his rounds congratulating everybody, the speedster stood before the carnival sign and took a deep breath. He climbed on top of the huge arch and with a moment's thought, bent bright lights. Another moment and he was holding a megaphone.
"HEY NAUTILUS!" he shouted, perhaps unnecessarily, into the megaphone. Well, at least it would get someone's attention. "The carnival. is. OPEN!"
