[Jazz is hanging out in his room. The place is huge, but the table the hamburger is on has a scaffolding on it to make it so a human can get up to it just fine.]

Hey there. [waves] C'mon in. [motions at the table.] Don't think we've met yet, I'm Jazz.

[ Harry heads for the scaffolding and starts climbing. ]

[ Harry reaches the top and damn that is a big hamburger, even sliced up. ]

Well, welcome ta Nautilus. Sorry it's been so crazy around here recently.

[Oh yes...giant hamburger is giant. Harry can have as much as he thinks he can eat. It'll be Man Vs. Food Nautilus style. /dork]

[ And while the talks Harry is examining a piece of the hamburger and trying to develop a strategy for how to tackle this thing. ]

Not...quite. Seems these ridiculous killin' sprees come and go every few months. I think it's because some of the new Wakened are...like that, and havn't been here long enough for the city ta do anythin' about it yet. I've been hearin' the Angelii feel another storm comin' though. I'd not be surprised if it's been triggered by the killin's like one of the last ones I was in.

So just keep a good look out for new people? Those who have been here longer know they should behave themselves?

[ He decided that the buns are adding a lot of size to it so he pulls of the top bun and holds it in his mouth before splitting the bottom bun much like an English muffin and replacing the two halves on either side. Time to start munching on the top bun he pulled off. ]

For the most part, though I'd not say that all that have been here a long time learn, just kind of...bide their time. But those that have been here longer have been through reality storms, and at least have an idea of what the city is willin' ta do ta protect itself. All this death is kind of like a poison for the city, so when it gets ta be so much, stuff happens. The first reality storm I was in was due ta killin's, and more than half the city spent the next few days quite "high" I believe is the human term for it.
