I doubt it. We've never had false alarms before; the effects just aren't clearly visible just yet.

I don't know if we've ever measured the length of time it takes for an Angelii to detect a storm, and when it actually hits.

Good idea. The Angelii first started noticing something was up on the 15th, so when the storm hits, I'll make note of it.
