[It's really nothing more than a little light teasing.]
As to what you're supposed to do? As odd as it sounds, I'll argue. I am of the opinion that there is no legitimate 'supposed to,' or 'should be,' even if the roles we recognize appear to legitimize such and similar phrases. Instead, we've what we will do and are doing, having decided to. Your initiative is an example, and an admirable one at that.
[Blink. She has to think about that for a second.]
That's... really deep.
[She grows a smile.]
Not surprising, given the source.
I'll say this, then, in retrospect of your statement. I'd feel guilty if one of them were ever hurt beyond repair through abilities of Bending while knowing I could've done something otherwise. And I like to help people.
I've noticed a few texts, but I'm sure there's more in there. I just need to find them. Since I've really contributed myself to the research, then I suppose I should make time for it some time very soon.
Thank you. Vivi told me that he's staying there and... I think I've heard that Wally's there, too. I must visit them soon, anyway.
That would probably explain my slight lack in their knowledge. I hadn't even considered they have their own language... It makes sense... Sometimes, things just fly over my head.
[Not often, but it happens.]
Good. I'll make a point to visit them, espeicially.
[She curious on their conditions, Vivi being the physical and Wally being the mental, but she'll hold off and just see for herself.]

What was I supposed to do?
[Humble she is.]

[And now he sounds slightly amused.]
You ask that as if there is an answer.

Only one decent answer, anyway.

[And she has something to prove to 'someone'.]

Thank you.
[V straightens, nodding to acknowledge the doctor's elaboration.]
Reasons I understand, and understanding, accept. We are always in need of those who would help, when they are able.

That's true and I'm more than happy to be of service.

I keep forgetting whenever I see you, but I've also been meaning to visit your museum.

[Locked to Holiday]
I'd offer, but, alas, I've been concentrating on listening comprehension.
[End lock]
He is, and in each case.
