Team made the NE10 Tournament, but we lost in the first round in 3 against Merrimack. We played like shit, Jill was out, Rondeau wasn't doing too good, and apparently only Elsa and Allie were the ones trying. RIGHT. Our season ended with a record of 15-17. I'm hoping we're better next year and that coach does good recruiting!
So to sum up the past few weeks?...went out the day after Halloween to Jill and Elsa's for their costume party...brought Phil along. He had stanky alcohol breath after a while, and it's hard to sleep in a dorm bed with him and me. He's a tall kid. Haha. Went out the next weekend for Jilly's birthday. It was fun. I like going out as long as it's at Jilly's and Elsa's. Haha. Tim Hire's a pretty cool kid. He's always down for anything, and I invited him out for Halloween, and for Jilly's birthday. He's in my Turning Fiction into Film class. I made Phil come out, too for Jilly's birthday.
Phil made me very confused a few weeks ago by telling me he wanted a casual fun relationship vs. a serious/long relationship because he told me that after I met his father, father's girlfriend, and father's girlfriend's son. Yes, casual and fun's good but does that mean it won't turn into anything more? Confusssssing. I'm over it now because he didn't really act differently towards me after that.
After we came back from Pace University, I tried to work out my schedule, but ended up going to Phil's where he proceeded to make me do my schedule. Haha. Then we watched 300. Good movieeee. It was a bad idea kind of because I got back to my dorm at 1:30ish and then went to bed at 2:30...and then had to wake up at 6:45 to help out at Smash Volleyball Tryouts. It was so much fun, and I got to see Lucas..aka, Shayna's old coach and a wicked good volleyball player. I almost sprained my ankle again though...jump serving and landing into a ball cart. RIGHT. Sweet life. I hope I only tweaked it. I think I want to try and assistant coach for a Smash team, but I don't know if they'd offer one to me. RICHARD BARTON all day was saying to me, "Vicky, you're a good volunteer, so help out these people" etc., etc., etc. Haha. Apparently, I'm good. Who wouldn't be good if you're getting paid to watch/play volleyball? Haha.
Anyways, I'm going to help out again next week. Hopefully.
I'm doing major procrastinating right now....and I'm pretty sure I'm not going to get anything done, so I'm going to hit the hay.
To do though: scene analysis, movie analysis, read CEREMONY!!, unpack, and give back everything to coach, and maybe order new volleyball shoes...
