What a fun birthday. My 16th year is off to a good start. Party summary follows...
Thursday I woke up, got dressed, went downstairs and was greeted by Lucky Charms. I love you mom. I went to school and Molly gave me a ballon, which I blew up and drew hair and a nose on. I named it Happy and carried it around until the end of the day. When I got home, my grandfather was there and we all hung out and ate dinner and cake and gave me things. Not a bad family birthday. Then I installed Battle for Middle-Earth on my computer and played that for a while. Much later, it was time for bed.
The next day, waking through 4 o'clock was spent getting my house ready for my birthday party. The first thing that happened was a game where someone has some kind of stick and they run to hit someone but that person has to jump up and say someone else's name before they do and then the person with the stick has to run and try to hit that person and so on and so forth. More people kept showing up so we kept going for longer than I thought we would. Then we hung out for a little bit before we went outside. Outside was a massive snowball war. Those with a good arm sat way back and sniped with snowballs, and everyone else tackled other people and threw snowballs from semi-close range and formed alliances and all that good stuff. Then Caitlin tried to hide in the playhouse so I threw snow in there, and Karrissa got one right across the face so Caitlin took her inside. I followed shortly after and they were playing DDR. Soon after, everyone else came in, drawn by the pizza, and we all played DDR. Dan and Josh were teh pwn. They can do songs that the rest of us can only cry at when we see them. But I am getting better. I can do 7s on Heavy. Most of them. After that, we played a trivia game about me and one team stole the winning team's prize. After more food, we played Honey, If You Love Me, Smile. Which was very fun. I think everybody cracked at one time or another, especially me. I can't keep a straight face among friends for beans. Dan got me good, though. He reached his arm around my neck and head so that he was reaching all the way around my head and covered my mouth with his hand, then kissed his hand. I was on the floor, man. That is a sweet move. After the game people just mainly played DDR and hung out and I talked to my chem teacher on the phone as I played DDR and still won. Heehee, yup. Oh yes, Josh broke one of my guitar strings because he's used to elctric, so he strummed it really hard and it broke. Sigh. Then everybody went home and I cleaned up and played DDR until 12 with my younger sister. Soooo much fun.
I would like to leave you all with a song. The parts in normal print should be sung slowly, quietly, and with a straight face.
If I had a small white box
To keep my Jesus in
I'd take him out and *kiss kiss kiss*
And share him with a friend
But if I had a small black box
To put the devil in
I'd take him out and SMASH HIS FACE!!!!!!!!!!!!
...and put him back again.
Peace.
