(no subject)
Well today was the last day of classes before break. It was amazing. We had our cinnamon roll Friday with hot cocoa in PChem class today. We ended up talking about this seminar that Dr. Wilson had gone to. I really wish I would have known about it, it seemed like it would have been really interesting. The guy who gave the seminar had been studying about those who were on some kind of drugs and those who weren’t. One of the things he talked about was that those who were on drugs when asked the question ‘where do you see yourself in the future’ on average the answer was projected only nine days ahead. Whereas those who weren’t using drugs, when asked the same question, would project themselves over four years in the future. Then we talked about various religions. And the actual school stuff that we did consisted of answering one question that we had last class period as to whether the positive and negative signs matter.
I found out that Maddie had gone to the hospital again because she had another seizure. My nephew is doing okay. Things are going up and down with him. They are both so little and it is so much harder for their body to deal with everything that is happening to it.
Well we ‘had’ to be out of the dorms by 5:00 this evening. So I cleaned and got everything in my car and then went and worked for Dr. Cole. I then had pretty much nothing to do and nowhere to go for awhile. So while I was waiting for Daniel to pick me up for the movie, I decided I would go on a quick run, which felt amazing. I had to change in the science building because I really didn’t have anywhere else to change. Then Daniel picked me up for the movie. Caleb and Scott had saved us some seats, but Joseph and Josh came too but they had to sit somewhere else because Caleb didn’t know they were coming. After the movie was over Daniel and I went to Sonic and got something to eat and we sat there and talked for over an hour. Then I went to Katie Joe’s and it was quite the interesting evening because people kept losing things.
