Orientation...yay...
So today was orientation. Sweet stuff there. Never seen a more organized event in my life... ::looks around::
Anyway. It didn't really feel any different. It was just interesting going back to school and seeing everyone again, as usual. After we finished up, Doru and I headed back to my house with my parents so I could get my car and meet up with a couple friends from school. We ate at Firehouse Subs (sup Nanny) and just sat and talked about anything for a bit and then Doru, Lizzy, and I took off from there. We went to Music Depot to get one of Doru's guitars fixed but he didn't wanna wait for it so he just bought new strings and we got outta there. After that we decided to go play pool after a few minor "problems". The usual goofing off and losing track of time deal. You know the story. Now I'm sitting here with Evan, Lizzy, and Doru and I feel like life is back to normal again.
Who woulda thought? I was almost completely sure it was over with them and then out of the blue, a true gift from God definately came out of nowhere. It still feels a bit awkward but I'm sure that feeling won't last.
For awhile I felt rediculously out of place and I didn't realize how bad it was until they let me back in. I definately felt like a part of me was taken and wasn't coming back. It's weird walking around trying to live your life when all you can feel is this big empty gap in it and you have no idea what to fill it with, especially when all you can do is think about what used to be there. That feeling is gone now and I pray it stays that way.
Anyway...I'll be heading off to Doru's place in a few minutes. We're going to the beach tommorow. If anyone wants to come feel free to call my cell anytime or text me or something. We'll be going to Hugenot around noonish or so. Things are slowly going back to normal now. It feels good.
