Who: Lynne+Anyone (Open)
Where: Outside, under a tree
When: During lunch break
Why: Appreciating the autumn air before winter kicks in. And she's clearly too relaxed.
With the start of November, temperatures were beginning to drop faster than Lynne would have liked. Even when the sun was out and weather still mild, the wind kept things chilled, reminding her that December and snow was just around the corner. Still, it wasn't that bad yet, at least, not enough to deter Lynne from enjoying what she could get. She wouldn't be able to sit out here and relax like this soon enough so she might as well take advantage of it while she could. The choice seemed to satisfy Artemis too, her Persona having no hesitation voicing her dissatisfaction with being cooped up inside - let alone in Lynne's head and unused - all the time. Artemis was less pleased when Lynne had taken a regular Coke can instead of diet and Lynne suppressed a sigh as her Persona brought up the importance of taking care of her body and, by extension, spirit again...
After promising her Persona she'd take a carton of milk next time, placating the goddess for now, Lynne propped the book she was reading on her lap with a turkey-Swiss sandwich, can of Coke, and leftover cookies she'd made beside her. The tree blocked most of the wind, leaving Lynne to ignore the slight chill and focus on Marry Sotter and the Witch's Stone.
