Normally on a slow day like this, Eileen would be in the library. It was usually pretty empty, and always quiet. While she only occasionally actually studied, she much preferred just lounging there, just her and her thoughts. The dormitory was so loud and made it difficult to think, and after classes, Eileen just wanted time alone. No pressure for once, you know? Coming from a poor family that had immigrated, she felt like she had a constant, almost choking pressure on her at all times.
Unfortunately, with mid terms just around the corner, the library was not a viable option by any means. Instead, she took to roaming the campus. Thankfully, there was only a sparse amount of people out doing the same thing as her.
Eileen's pasty skin skin made her sweat glisten in the harsh sunlight. It was a really hot day. Hotter than she was used to. She felt a little sluggish. Normally, around this time of year, it was beginning to cool down - only rarely did they see days when the temperature rose above 70. As such, she didn't account for climate change. Her clothes were a bit on the heavy side. She was beginning to feel.. rather weak. Looking around, she noticed a boy sitting on a bench. She didn't really want to talk to him.. but she felt she had to. Slowly approaching him, she only speaks when she's standing directly in front of him. "Ah, um.. Do you happen to have any water, sir?"
It wasn't long before he felt a shadow on his face, momentarily blocking out the sun's warm rays as he rested. A bit baffled, Lev blinked his eyes open, a bit blearily however, and squinted up at what he quickly made out to be a young female. It took his eyes another second to adjust before he could at least distinguish her features a bit more clearly. That is, he did not recognize this girl, but he'd still give her his attention, shifting his weight but still with his arms comfortably spread out on either side of him, where they lied on the backrest.
Her question seemed... random, but even he could take note of the heavy clothing she bore after a quick glance. The beads of sweat on her forehead came afterwards, which had him raising a brow. He felt a bit more aware of her situation at that point, and he quickly straightened his posture as he cursed himself for not having water on hand -- water, which he usually had, but had stupidly forgotten that day.
"I don't have any water, no," he informed, slowly because he was trying to remember where the nearest place to get water would be as he spoke. Lev pushed his books aside and got to his feet, a hand on her arm gently, as if concerned that she was about to pass out. After all, if she suddenly fell over, he'd feel a bit responsible for the stranger, and he'd rather not have a scene. "I can help you find some though...? There's a drinking fountain nearby."
