Why: Sidequest! Joe has an interesting rumor to share about a strange newcomer to Abaton.
A freckled boy, no older than ten, with shaggy, blond hair approached Adessi Hall's gates. Even without being obviously younger than the students at the school, he stuck out like a sore thumb in his scruffy shirt, knickers, suspenders, and shoes. Other than that, he was decently clean; it was clear that someone had put a little effort into making sure he was presentable before sending him on his way.
The urchin clutched a piece of paper to his chest as he paced nervously outside the gate. Joe had told him he should be able to find this Bianchessi person after classes ended for the day. Whoever Theodore Bianchessi was. It wasn't the first time Joe had sent him someplace to deliver a note while she busied herself elsewhere.
