WHO: Anyone?
WHERE: Room 201
WHEN: September 1st, 1934. Morning
WHY: Moving in!
--------------------------------
When she and her family had fled, she had but time to grab her coat and a few mementos. As a result, she had naught to her name but the clothes on her back. The two years that she was in America before being enrolled into Adessi Hall hadn't been pleasant ones. She spent the majority of those two years alone while her parents worked with the government about what would be done with them... she hadn't had the time or the will to get objects of material gain. She was given a small sum of money and told to buy clothes... and that was what she had done. She had clothes, and a her bag of school supplies. She still needed to get some books for her studies. Moving in would be .... rather easy.
The tall girl stuck out like a sore thumb. She was easily one of the tallest, if not THE tallest person walking through the halls. It made things even more awkward than they already were. She made sure not to make eye contact with anyone and did her best to keep her head down. Even still, she could hear the whispers around her, most likely about her. Where had she come from? Who was she? Was she a student? Chloe did her best not to pay attention to the mutterings around her and instead concentrated on finding her room. People gave her a wide berth as she made her way towards where she assumed her room was. Ah... 201, here it was. Chloe paused as her hand closed around the doorknob, hesitating slightly. Eventually she opened the door and stepped in.
It was a nice place. It came furnished with the basic necessities, and looked to fit at least 3 people. Roommates.... great. She didn't know if she had any yet, but she wasn't looking forward to it. Chloe chose a room with a window where she could look out and have an actual view. She quickly placed her clothes in the closet and set her bag down on the bed, taking a seat next to it. So... this was Adessi Hall. She couldn't sit here for very long; she was told that there was a student orientation planned. Chloe took a quick peek at her father's pocket watch. Almost time... She stood and exited her room. No one was here yet if she did have any roommates, and she wasn't going to wait around to see if she did. Chloe exited the room, closing the door with a gentle click. Now... to find her way to Orientation, she thought with a sigh. It couldn't be that hard, right? One foot in front of the other took her in what she came to realize was the wrong direction. Not only had the student populace thinned, but there seemed to be a distinct lack of.... females in this particular location. Chloe hadn't the time to look at a map or layout of the school, so where she was exactly was anyone's guess. By the lack of the female gender, she suspected she might be somewhere in male territory. Somewhere. Wherever it was, it was definitely NOT orientation. The tall German leaned backwards against the wall for a moment, covering her face with her hand as she tried to think....
