So, starting tommorow I am going on a 3 day apple and water detox, which is going to SUCK but it's very necessary. Since my big In-Charge-Of-Everything stint I have discovered a lot things. I know why adults are so tired all the time, I know why working Mum's gain weight and I know why adults are snippy. The downside of this understanding, my health is taking a turn for the worst. I'm eating like crazy and it's taking it's toll on my body, not to mention the stress is wreaking havoc with my skin and I feel like crap.
So - 3 days eating ONLY apples, drinking ONLY water. It's gonna seriously suck. Food is the only thing good in my life right now, but I need to kick the habbit and get my body healthy again. I'm gonna post on here to keep my sanity.
Mum is doing much better now, almost talking in full sentences. I'm still in charge of everything, got the day from hell lined up tommorow. This my day 2moz:
8am - get up. Go to Uni to drop off Graduation forms.
10- go to job#1 until 1pm.
1pm go to work with Mum and do all the banking, invoicing etc...
5pm - get ready for bar job.
6pm - go to work until 12am.
Evil bloody Mondays.
Sigh. Wish me luck.
