Ugh....

Hey everyone, in case your wondering what has taken me so long to update its because I just got back from training in the ocean, so get ready for a story....

After updating Friday, I went to a hotel that was nearest to the ocean and got a goddnight's sleep. The next morning I set out to start my training. The first couple of days were just fine, but on the third day, I came across a weird looking life form. It was 4 feet long with two tentacles in the front, and two legs in the back. It looked like a green slimy thing, and had 4 big eyes full of curiosity.

I had my goggles on at the time, so maybe it thought I was one of its kind, so it came floating up to me, and I started to pet it. After a few minutes of petting, I quickly gave it a name....Gook. When I was done giving it a name, I resumed my training. As I was training I noticed that it was moving whenever I did, and pretty soon I had forgotten all about training. I started to chase it, and thats when they came....

A group of oddly colored things resembling baby sharks circled us. They had tiny, extremley sharp looking teeth. Gook got in front of me and started making a clicking sound. It was very loud too. When Gook stopped making its noise, a faint sound responded to it, and sounded like it was getting closer. That didn't stop the shark things from attacking. They bit at Gook, tearing away bits of his flesh, spurts of blood were coming out of Gook....He was bleeding to death.

Thats when the roaring got louder....The sharks stopped what they were doing, fleeing as if their life depended on it. As I held the dying Gook in my hands, they came into full view, and stopped a few feet away. They looked down and saw the slightly trembling Gook in my arms, and decided that I was the one at fault. I let go of Gook and surveyed my "enemies" for the fight I knew was inevitable.

Both of them were at least a story tall, both having four big black eyes, with two massive tentacles in the front, and two big legs in the back. The one that was a little bigger than the two, which I guessed to be dad, manuevered himself behind me, trapping me between the two. I noticed that it seemed as though their hide was some kind of armor, so I went ahead and leveled up, knowing this was gonna be a little tough.

Thats when mom moved. She came towards me and flung her tentacles at me, but I was able to move out of the way, and turn around just in time to see the tentacle coming towards me. WHAM! My goggles immediately came off, and I knew I was in trouble, so I flew up as fast as I could and out of the water, floating around and rubbing my eyes trying to see better, to no avail. Thats when I realized something was in that tentacle.

Even though they were blurred, I spotted my assailants. Getting a little upset at the fact that were even able to affect me, I flew at them as fast as I could and when I reached the one closest to me I wound back my arm and gave him a mighty punch to his gut, piercing his "armor" and drawing blood. Thats when I felt it, like a knife in my leg....Well actually, more like a tentacle in my leg.

I looked down and saw the gash it had left, and all that did was anger me, so I grabbed the nearest tentacle and flew upward into the air, and started to swing. The more I swung, the angrier I became, until I felt a slight pinch in my neck, causing me to release the monster towards the ocean. I watched as it got a little smaller and then saw it make a big splash as it connected with the other beast.

I was about to go back and attack some more, but I started getting dizzy. I was growing weak, but my adrenaline caused me to start flying as fast as I could towards what appeared to be the coastline. I was starting to fly lower and lower to the ground, the last thing I remember before blacking out, was hitting the ground very hard, and hearing something tear.

When I came to, light was flooding in through the open window, and I looked around to find myself in a room of some kind. When a man came in dressed in white, I immediately knew where I was. The doctor was checking a clipborad, and noticing I was awake, explained the situation I was in. He told me my leg was severely injured and that I'd been poisoned with a very simple poison, but in a large dose.

I asked him when I was free to go, and he told me in a couple of hours. He asked me if there was anyone I knew that could sign me out, I told him no, and that I could do it myself. A couple of hours later, when I was about to leave, he said, "How did you survive? No ordinary person could have done that." I replied very simply,"I'm not like any ordinary person."

And so, after limping to a vacant area and flying back home, I am now here, with a bandaged leg, sore eyes, and....well, overall, a sore body. As soon as I'm healed though, I'll be right back in that water training, but for now I'm just going to do some light training on the ground. The Doc said I should be fine in a few months, but I'm still going to enter the Budokai no matter how my leg feels....
