Positive Thinking.

I started practicing an exercise where I write down every negative thought I have down, and then replace it with a positive one. As time goes on, I am supposed to find that I write down fewer negative thoughts than I did when I first started. I am training myself to think positive. So far I think it is working, I woke up this morning feeling great.
When I got out of my bed, everything felt right for the first time in a while. I have a job that I enjoy going to, I am taking classes that I am interested in, and I have an amazing girlfriend that I am in love with. I want to hold on to this feeling forever.
