an update
So here is an update since I havent made one in quite a while, and quite alot has happened since then. To start, 2 weeks ago I was in a major accident on I5 before the 78th street exit. I flipped and rolled our new car we had only had for 3 weeks (stupid ass Kia's, Kia Sportage, #2 and #6 car with the highest mortality rates, they are killing machines). Fortunately there was not a collision with any other cars really, while I was upside down on the roof spinning and sliding for about a thousand feet I guess I clipped a semi truck, but it must not of causes damage to it because there wasnt any claim or insurance information given to them, im still iffy that that actually happened. But yes, the car is totalled, smashed to hell. I am very very lucky to be alive, people who had stopped were sure they were going to walk up to finding just a dead body in the car because no one should of survived that. Had the car hit another car or collided with the wall as opposed to coming to a stop on its own I surely would be dead. As it was though I squeezed my self out through the very small hole of a window (i said the car was squished didnt I, like particularly with the drivers side was, airbags didnt deploy either, whack) and walked away from it. The paramedics and fire engines and police finally showed up and they took me to the trauma ward with the ambulance and took cat scans from the waste up to swee if there was any organs that were fucked up. So I was lucky and only broke my neck. I have to wear this neck brace for a month and then follow back up with a neurosurgeon to see if I can take it off and make sure I dont need surgery. For those of you who want to know what happened, pretty much I was changing lanes and I guess with the high center of gravity of this car and i think a slick spot on the road it lost control and started swerving really hard and then flipped. Which is what I guess that car is known to do.
Aside from that ive been in school, some of the time, but have gotten really far behind because of lots of doctors visits and whatnot. My legal deally has been comming towards an end. I decided to take diversion, since I had two officers that were going to lie on the stand and say I gave a complete confession and admitted to doing it, which is complete and utter bullshit. But with corrupt cops willing to lie on the stand what good does the truth and evidence do. This was the only way I could guarentee I wont end up with felony convictions on my record (Assuming I stay out of trouble in the next year , which shouldnt be a problem, since I dont do anything ever in the first place, the only legal trouble ive been in has been bogus and been do to the vindictive hate of an ex girlfriend). So 20grand out later this finanlly wrapping up. They pretty much make you sign a confession and all that so if you do do something later during the time period of your diversion than they can come back and hit you hard with it and charge you, and sense you wrote a confession there is no defense. So pretty much I have to lie, and write a confession of something I didnt do. I hope I get my laptop back soon, and than I gotta figure out what to do with this one. I should have 3 technically, but some asshole stole my other one, and my portable camcorder/camera.
I should be getting student loans this week for my medical expenses. They are now upto almost 2grand a month, and this is all out of pocket, this is seperate than Kaiser stuff. I see my pain management doctor independently from my Kaiser insurance i have with my mom, sense Kaiser is pathetic, and has one of the worse pain management policies in the world. So I pay a hundred a month to see her, and then my meds are now almost 2 grand a month. And after 3+ months of hassling with Portland states financial aid department I finally think I have them increasing my need so that I can take out a loan.
I am looking at houses to rent this week, there is one in the hollywood district im really interested in. Its at http://portland.craigslist.org/apa/161007525.html. Look at it, its so pretty. It will be nice to have my own place. No room mates too, heh. Im buying this car too. Its a 1975 Volvo 165 luxury sedan, its freaking sweet, go look up that model, its awesome, its got this big grill like a Rolls Royce. It runs great, has a nice big 3.0L 6 cylinder engine, it drives really fast, has alot of torque (pick up and go), its a manual, has a sunroof, power windows (on a 75!), perfect shape upholstry (although I want to get leather seats for the front at least). It runs in great shape, but I still intend to restore it, repaint it a glossy black to accentuate the luxurious aspect. I might buy a 122 series and another 140 series as well, in addition to finally restoring my Volvo 142 again (well continuing restoring it, ive put about 4grand into it so far, Im probably going to get a performance racing B20 engine from v-performance.com, a specialty performance volvo shop, with a supercharger (a few grand on top of the 7.5grand engine price) giving it a rocking almost 400 hp, and a 0-60 time of less than 3 seconds. That kicks the ass out of your ferraris and lambo's. Im going to go on a vaction too when i wrap up the legal stuff. My business is doing well so thats how im swinging all this, I hope to move into an office too soon. We are going to get some company cars, we are shopping for those too. Nifty.
