No, Seriously. Jesus!
On my way to my Christian station this morning, on my drive to work, I was behind a silver mini van. Since I was going through town there were plenty of stop signs that allowed me to get close to the van and read what was on the back of the van. This van had a license plate frame and on it said, "Will Work For Jesus". Right, I'm the one headed to the Christian station, not this douche. Now, on this van, there was also one of those stupid jesus fish magnet things. I was thinking to myself that I should get the one that says "darwin" and has little feet.
As I thought this to myself, a commercial on the radio begins. It says something about evolution, and then begins in for an add for a Christian high school. The announcer saying something to the affect "If you've ever wanted your child to learn the truth, in a safe, and spiritually sound environment..." I had to the shut the radio off.
What is this!? Last night I was having the whole Jesus discussion with someone when I was out at the bar. How can a man who may or may not have even existed, let alone according to some, is the son of god be choking me everywhere I go? For a supposed messiah he's sure being a freaking pest.
I don't care, Jesus. Maybe you existed and maybe you had some good ideas, but you're not my Messiah so back the fuck up! Word.
