!) I have a new car, I got a Honda Element. I'm still in the process of naming it. It's blue, and I'm secretly obsessed with it, but it hasn't gotten too over board yet. But really, it's great. Though, I'll admit to having cried when I handed over the keys to Big Red, may he rest in peace. He was a good car too!
@) My birthday came and went, and I had quite a lot to drink. 8 beers and 4 shots in 5 hours. I did alright, and I didn't throw up. GO ME!
#) Went to see 'Best little whore house in texas' live on stage with Ross & Nate, and I'm now a big fan of the music. Very good stuff. Plus the production of it that we saw in Ephrata (Nate had a friend who was performing) was actually very well done. I was impressed. It also totally re-ignited my musical flame. After my marginal experience with Rocky Horror, that fire under my ass about musical had somewhat lessened.
$) HAPPY GRADUATION TO ROZ! WOO!
%) I'm finally feeling better after 3 courses of anit-biotics whatever was making me clog up and sinusy and unhappy has decided to retreat! Horray! Though, my allergies are still being obnoxious. Boo.
^) I've manged to lose some weight along with becoming more toned. Yet, somehow in all of this my bra size increased, which I wouldn't have expected. I'm now part of the DD bra club. I should get a complimentary back massage just for that.
&) I'm leaving, with my family, for Chicago in a few days. I've never been and I'm hugely excited. Any recomendations from those who have been out there? I would appreciate some feedback.
*) Camp and the class reunion are ever closer approaching. That's happy!
+) And finally, last night was probably the most fun and most respected I've felt in a while. I was swing dancing (I know, big surprise) in Pottstown, which my friend Faryl runs. The slicked up nines were playing. Then Faryl takes the mike and says that we're going to do a Jam for two very special people. Turns out it was my and one of my close friends Alex, cause we've both been so instrumental in Swing Kat's life, and both of our birthdays are in May. This Jam went on for at least 10 minutes. I was so out of breath, but it was SOO fun. What a great birthday present.
