Dont you hate it when you are doing something, and feel like you should be working out, because you can "feel" your muscles diminishing? lol.
And for a muscle update from Sean, I shall let a quote from Drunk Ashley to the trick:
Sort of Drunk Ashley : *Rubs Seans Pecs* Sort of Drunk Ashley : "Ooooooooooo, really hard!" Sort of drunk Ashley : *Rubs pecs for 5 constant minutes* Sean : "Im cutting you off of booze."
And Sean, I know that feeling. What I do though is I constantly flex my muscles, because that is actually a good excersize for improving them. If they get used to being big and being flexed, they tend to stay that way.
