Tv news FAIL!
In case you've been under a rock, somewhere around 200 dead, 15,000 injured & 70,000 homeless in Italy http://www.news.com.au/story/0,27574,25303795-23109,00.html & what does channel 9 news have? That's right, one Australian moaning that their house is gone. What is it with the idea that we don't care about a news item unless there are Australians involved?
Am I the only one who finds this insular view of the world (& the assumption that we all share it) really offensive?
