Salsa basic:
1. One foot in front of the other.
2. Feet 30deg outwards angle.
3. 2, 6 foot doesn't move or lift just take weight off.
4. Backstep crosses more, no heel. Just a catch step.
5. Step over using knees, not round.

Cross-body:
Girl: back basic, forward turn/back back, back basic.
Boy: Forward, return weight, bring L foot into line. Backstep on 5 clears the line, cross on line, close.
