So I was heavily inspired by the above Idol topic for this piece -- and even intended to use it, if I got back into the main game. But I didn't, and the piece is now finished.

Dedicated to n3m3sis43 because Devin bb is my favorite and that's why I torment him the most. Combining our trilogies was perhaps the best decision we've made together as friends

May I ask what Adepts are? What's Depletion, besides something that sounds utterly horrible?

Noooo, Jazz, is right. Poor bb. He kind of brought it on himself, though. He should've listened to Devin... (there are a lot of times he should've listened to Devin).

Well, this is still his reality -- it's just the version of his reality that's tied to Devin's reality. ;) And no, we soon realized that he wouldn't die in my books but that he would die in hers, so... siiiiigh.

The reality keeps shifting, and it doesn't seem to ever get happier. :/

Still, I am curious what Adepts and Depletion are, if you (or n3m3sis43 lol) are allowed to say. I am confused and want to know just what's going on, though also sad because Jazz never lives. (Does he ever get to live in any dimension?)

I'm still working on a lot of the conceptual stuff for the Manips and the whole system they're a part of. So at least for the moment, I'm not comfortable sharing a lot of details about how everything fits together.
