Two days in one!
Yesterday:

Today:
This guy was trying to log in with our username and password to Live something .com. Brilliant.
"Type in ipconfig."
"ip how much?"
This woman as had 17 non-pay disconnects scheduled since October 24.
"My incoming mail servo."
"Can I get you to close Outlook, please?"
"You want me to get the plum off it?"
This is the second person who tried to log into Love something with out user & password. WTF.
"Hold down the control button."
"Are you talkin' on the mouse?"
"The control button?"
"Yup. It says C-T-R-L on it."
"Ohhh, okay."
"You make the big money, anyways."
I do? Why doesn't anyone give it to me, then?
"Can I get your phone number including area code, please?"
"Sure. My phone number is *insert area code & phone number here* and my area code is *insert zip code here*."
