Okay anyway, the important stuff: went to Old Town Christian Outreach for church on Sunday, and though I've been there several times, it was the first time I really enjoyed it. On a loosely related note, me and God are great right now, and it's awesome.
I had a great weekend, and am having a great week. I'd tell you all about it, but I don't really want to.
"...and I'm still waiting, and I'm still waiting..."
Picked up Madden 2004 on Monday night, sweet.
Oh, I almost forgot. I practiced with Anathallo last Wednesday, and I'm playing a show with Anathallo on Thursday, August 21st. [meaning Anathallo + cello goodness] The show is in Mt. Pleasant, the details are on the
website and I'll post them later. We'll be playing with Copeland, Bunkbed Nights, and Army/Navy.
I guess that's all, except one thing, an excerpt from my upcoming novel [don't take me to seriously on that, haha], just for Carly:
It was then that he remembered those undervalued words of wisdom beyond reckoning, "In every jest, there is a morsel of truth."
He spent that moment in silence, reflecting upon the wisdom which had been imparted to him, and also in solemn remembrance of he who had imparted it; a single tear rolled down his cheak as he rose to walk away.
