Maybe it's me, but it seems that it might be simpler than all that...

did you try a Colouring Charm? Or the Countercharm?

The Counter charm turned my pubes pink backfired. The Colouring charm, interestingly, made my hair start singing "it's a small world after all" in D flat Major. Badly. Apparently someone really hates me.

Lime green? Hmm. No. Not considered it yet. Maybe I will. But probably not. Lots of maintenance.
