HELP ME IF U KNOW ABOUT CARS!!!!!

ok, i have this problem, does ANYONE know how to bypass the passlock system on a 2002 Saturn L200. i took out the ingition switch and i hotwired it but it shuts fof cause the chip for the passlock system was lost. if ANYONE knows how to get around that and get the car running, PLEASE COMMENT AND TELL ME.

i woke up this mornin and i car barley move my neck. IT HURTS SO MUCH!!!!
