SUMMARY: The sun has set, the wagons are circled, and there are campfires.
LOCATION: On the trail! A few days' travel outside Independence.
FORMAT: Action or prose, whichever you feel like.
Some of the wagons kept together, others went at faster or slower paces. Those near (or who went on after the ones ahead of them had stopped) have likely circled their wagons, created a semblance of a protective barrier between themselves and whatever might be lurking in the darkness.
So come, trail-goers. Sit with your wagon-mates or mingle with others who are nearby or bother those who would rather be left alone.
