So I remember seeing snow fall to the ground when I was a kid. It happened a lot. There was one snow where I couldn't see the door handles on my car because they were below the snow. And do you know what we did? We went to our garages, where we kept the snow shovels that every family owned, and we dug out and went to school and work. Today, the snow was up to the bottom of the truck-not the truck window, the bottom of the truck, not even over the tires, and do you know what happened? The city shut down. No COSI, no movie theatres, no libraries. Ohio's funny. Even God's house is closed! No church tomorrow. Not a single church in the county is open.

The Mayor of Whitehall declared a state of emergency.
