i smile when i remember how much i struggled with two-page stories of extremely basic words/grammar back in IB Spanish. now i'm plowing through 300 pages of sociological theory en español in only a few sleepless nights.
pretty good if i do say so myself.
never-mind the fact that i had to travel 5,000 from a border town to learn the language.
