Update and news about Metaphor and Reaching
Instead of a random drive by post that confuses everyone, I will just do a normal update to explain why the heck the next chapter of the Asenti story is taking so damn long. :)
I have been busy as all get out, I know, nothing new right? If everything goes according to my plan, I hope to open up a brick and mortar store in Tempe, AZ next year. In addition to that, Firebird Floggers is doing well and still growing. It's actually hard to keep enough floggers in stock to vend at shows sometimes. Wo is me.../end sarcasm
I've also been doing some work for PredilectionAZ.com on a more consistent basis in helping them with events and getting together articles and wrangling writers. We are looking for a SPaG editor if anyone knows anyone who may be interested.
This weekend I am helping them host a retreat in Northern Arizona that will focus on Dominant/submissive protocol and high protocol. I am hoping I don't screw up horribly.
As for writing, part 3 of Suhka's story is actually done I just haven't had the time to go over it and try to get all the bugs out. Since I don't have an official beta for it I'm trying really hard not to embarrass myself with stupid errors.
So, the news about Metaphor and Reaching
Metaphor and Reaching, as well as a third book taking place in the same world with the same characters, MAY have found a home with a new, blossoming publisher called Forbidden Fiction.
No contracts have been signed yet so nothing is set in stone, but I think these guys have a good thing going and there is mutual interest. Even if things don't work out with my writing, I encourage people to check them out and see about getting a beta membership. These guys are planning on taking publishing to a new level as far as interaction with authors and the futures of the stories.
Should everything jive together, you guys may actually get to a new dose of Lucan and Miikka soon. :)
