My arm still hurts from that last event, though the wound disappeared right after. Is this an after-effect, or just a shock it received?

I'm worried though. This one was a lot more dangerous in comparison to the first one. Who knows what might await us in later events. I think I failed this one too. I wasn't able to catch any of them at all.

Any speculations as to what would happen next? I don't think I want a repeat of a fire wolf chasing me.
