(no subject)
I'm currently back home from christmas break. All-in-all it's been a good time, but pretty monotonous really. Everyday usually consists of waking up between 12 and 3pm, sitting around watching TV online until I call either Matt Hilmer or Leah and see what the plan is. I'll head over to matt's place and just kinda hang while they play COD or we all play Magic. I'll leave around 3-4am, then sit around at home for another hour or two.
I finished out my Fall semester with a pretty sub-par GPA. I'm glad that I actually passed Orgo-Chem, and Organismal-Bio, but my CB in Environmental Studies is complete bullshit. I got 85-90% on three out of four papers turned in, and was given an 'average' score because I was sick during my entire group project. Idk what happened, but my final exam paper couldn't have been THAT bad. I walked away with a 2.59 GPA, and Cumulatively I'm still below 2.5. Hopefully Orgo2 doesn't bring my shit down next semester too much, I really need to get that up to at least a 3.
Christmas was slow this year. I got a nice Sweater/Scarf/Gloves combo from my parents, along with $150 in visa-cash. My sister got me a Las Vegas Keychain, and a $15 iTunes cards, which I pawned off to Leah for real money, so she can use the card for her new iPod. I also snagged a nice flavored Hot Chocolate collection from my relatives at our Chinese Christmas thing. Oh, and a Sudoku book from Leah xD
I'm worried about New Years Eve. Rory, Beth, and eventually Lindsey are all coming down from Grand Ledge to visit for the holiday, and get swasted Allen Park style. This was all planned of course before I found out that most of my friends are not celebrating in Allen Park. Sam, Hannah, Amy, and some others are going to Neenuh's brothers place, so I might head over there, but I'm not sure how welcome I am, and this of course would require a DD.
