no, its just about all diseases in general. Addictions, alcoholism, eating disorders, cancer, heart disease. Anything.

If we're gonna get all Greys anatomy it's time for me to be Baily....Love is a powerful thing...it's strong,everlasting, and exhausting but that does not give you the right to sit here and sulk over what you can't control. You do not have the time to sit here and sulk over what you can not control Schroeder. You are stonger then that, I know you are stronger then that and I will be damned is I sit here and watch you let love ring you around like some...ragdoll.
