Rock Hard

My training for the 2010 Nike Womens Marathon is getting off to a strong start. I haven't done many actual runs yet, but I've been hitting the gym nearly everyday. I've been doing cardio, working out my arms, and strengthening my core. A stronger core will come in very handy when running up those hills in October. Which reminds me, I'll need to start hill training in about a month. I've also made a couple new workout buddies...which helps keep up my motiviation for hitting the gym.

Last I checked, I've dropped 4 lbs.
