I depart from LAX at 6:16 AM my time tomorrow. I land at JFK at 2:30 pm EAST COAST time.
So excited for LarryCon, I could explode. LarryCon seemed so far away for so long. Now I'm shocked that it's here. I'm packed. I'm ready. But, wow. I'm shocked that I'm FINALLY going to see New York. I've wanted to see New York since my freshman year of high school. I have had three trips to New York canceled on me. Fourth time is a charm. I'm really going to see New York! I'm going to see the Statue Of Liberty! I'm going to see Time Square! I'm going to see the Empire State Building! I'm going to see as much as I can in a day and a half until it's time to go down into NJ for LarryCon. There will be photos. Oh yes, there will be photos.
I have sewed the buttons back on my warm red wool coat of awesome.
I have charged my Flip Video Camera. I have extra batteries for my normal camera. I'm charging my netbook for the flight. I have a small selection of dvds to keep myself entertained. I think I have everything I need.
I need to go to AAA to pick up a map.
Wow, I'm flying out tomorrow? No way!
Note to other attendees:
Yes, I have the crime scene tape.
No, I do not have the UV light. I haven't given up hope yet.
If you don't know what I'm talking about, don't worry about it.
