That's what my new drawing professor says. Guys a real drill sargent but he gets results. My landlord actually fixed a lot of shit today after we got in a fight over the rent being late. Yeah I know I should pay on time but 1)tips have been sucking hard-core at work 2)My gas bill is sky high (1part gas going up 2nd part this horribly insulated house) and 3)The mold that's all over the house because of leaks he haven't had fixed make me sick so I have to take off work often and therefore make even less money. Things are fine now, he's not even charging a late fee. Now that I think about it I haven't been able to pay all my bills on time since October.
