(no subject)
There's a leak in my hallway ceiling. o_O
It's dripping down from around the light fixture there. Not through it, but around it. We went upstairs to see if something was up, like maybe the spirit of a dead little girl who drowned in the buildings water tower. But then I remembered that we don't have a water tower. And the lady said there wasn't any spills or anything. So we're assuming a leaking pipe at the moment.
And, yes. We did inform the manager, but apparently 6:30 is too late to do anything about a fucking LEAK in my ROOF. All I'm saying is if it gets any worse, I ain't paying for shit. But it seems pretty localized, and the damage (the visible damage anyway) isn't that bad. Nothing that just drying out couldn't fix anyway.
Other than that. Work at Jareds was good, and I go back tomorrow for the same shift; 9:00-5:30-5 days a week. I'm considering quitting the Tow Company job, for the fact that it's freaking boring as all hell, and being zombified for two days isn't really that appealing to me. I'll be losing about $250 a month though. So, I dunno. Thing is, I told them I wouldn't quit immediately and leave them hanging. Cuz that would be kind of a dick move. Question is, do I care enough?
