My advice, for what it is worth, is to take your GE courses and get them out of the way if you don't know what your plan is. At the junior college level, it really doesn't matter what you are majoring in. You can knock off your requirements, and take a few "fun" courses while you are at it.

If you are planning to transfer to a 4 year college, I would suggest pulling the IGETC requirements. (will get you into UC or State colleges) You can pick and choose from the classes there, and it gives you exactly what you will need. If you are planning to only go as far as your AA, you can also find the grad requirements and go by that as well.

If you are still unsure in a semester or two of what your major will be, I would suggest a Liberal Arts degree, it will get all of your basics, and have you well rounded for later.

You probably already knew all this, but I didn't back in the day, and my life would have been so much easier if I had just done it.

Good luck, and it was good to see you post something!

No, he's one rank below Dan and I. The ranking system goes
10th kyu (no rank-white belt)
9th (green)
8th kyu
7th kyu
6th kyu
...
1st kyu
1st dan (black belt)
...
10th dan
But the main reason he probably didn't get 7th kyu like Dan and I was that we've been in training longer than he has.
