Seven more weeks passed
Before I noticed that I hadn't posted belly shots!!!! Actually, that's not true. I meant to do it last week with Jessi after my midwife appointment, but we had logistical problems with Benjamin and bedtime so it ended up not happening.
So here I am, at 29 weeks ...
Two people asked me (in early December) if I was expecting a Christmas baby. My son's preschool teacher said, "So you're due soon, right?" and some lady at the video store asked if I was due next month.
NO!!!!!!!!
At least at this point, the most people can be off by is those 11 weeks. Back when I was 3 weeks and change and someone asked if I was seven months, that was worse. But of course, I just chalked it up to that particular woman being crazy. Now it has become ridiculously clear that I appear huge to absolutely everyone that sees me. No, it's not twins, and yes my dates are right. She measured five days big on the ultrasound, but heck that's five DAYS not five weeks. Sheesh!!!
The consensus is that a) subsequent pregnancies make you look bigger and b) i'm really small anyway, so I stick out a lot.
