First photos!!!
Our scan lasted an hour and a half! We had a trainee and his boss kept coming in and making him do everything over again, or else just grabbing the wand thing and doing it himself. At the end, they took out the 3D wand to reward me for being so patient :-)
Anyway, they said with 99 percent certainty that it is a girl. The bottom left photo is "diagnostic quality" which means that they aren't just saying girl due to not seeing any boy parts. They can actually see the three lines that indicate girl parts. You can too, if you look :-) Anyway, they aren't allowed to say for 100 percent, so we're still supossed to "keep our receipts" ha ha ha.
The whole thing was pretty crazy ... they spent most of the time talking to each other and the only thing they really said to me was for me to stop laughing/crying/talking because I was making the images jump.
Excuse me for crying when I found out I was having a daughter (can you tell that I will NEVER EVER tire of typing that word) and not being an automitron patient. Sheesh. If you're dealing with pregnant women getting ultrasounds like everyday, I think you're going to have to accept that some crying/talking will be coming along with the job.
