Benjamin & Nama: Together foreverI’m chopped liver. No, really. When my mother-in-law is visiting, I have to beg my 19-month-old son to say hello to me
( Read more... )
she's a housemaker and raised up her four boys as a SAHM. she's just really really good with babies and kids and doesn't get emotional about antics such as hair pulling or screaming. my husband and i take things a little too personnaly sometimes ;-)
she left that day (tuesday) and benjamin is still randomly asking for her several times a day. its a little sad actually. i let him call her cell yesterday and leave her a message.
hi!
miss you nama.
love you nama.
bye.
(i'm sure she can hear me in the background prompting him some, but he did a lot of it on his own.)
Hehe, well my cell phone bit it which is where I had your number, though if I had anything MAJOR I know I could get ahold of you through here. I have more but my Dad shall be here momentarily so i have to scramble
OK, well, I look forward to hearing an update from you, even if its a quickie. If you have any specific questions, you can always email me. i'll try and send along a reminder email so you won't have to hunt for my address.
I shall have a real update for you I promise. Dad was supposed to be coming in next weekend (I know I made the reservations) but he told his mom this weekend, and he told me this Wednesday. So I've been scrambling like mad to fit what I had scheduled out over 9 days...into 2.
And then on top of it...When I talked to him at 3:30 he said he'd be here at 7pm...I just talked to him and he's 5 minutes away. Luckily it caused the hubby to pitch in on the cleaning instead of me doing it myself so we got the main floor looking good and bought time to finish the upstairs as Dad is taking the 3 year old for the night :D
So does Nama teach classes, and if so...where do I sign up? :D
