One day Pugi's neighbor came to see him. "Give me your donkey so that I can ride to the mill to get my grain ground."
"My dear man, I would give you the donkey gladly, but he's not at home," answered Pugi.
At that moment, the donkey began braying loudly in the barn.
"And you have the nerve to say that the donkey's not at home!" said the indignant neighbor when he heard the braying donkey.
"Hey, you are an amazing man," answered Pugi. "You don't believe me, but you believe my donkey."
