Vegan Greek Dessert

Does anyone have any nice and somewhat simple recipes for Greek desserts?

I want to have a Greek night this week, with falafel, greek salad, a greek dessert and Zorba the Greek. It will be just my boyfriend and me, so I'm not too willing to make a dish that takes longer than 1 hour to make.

i was thinking of that and looking for recipes, but was hoping someone had a recipe that they've actually used.

i have no idea where i can get "filo" though.

you can get filo in most stores in the freezer section near pre made pies and pre made pie crusts. it comes in a box usually.
