Setting: Crew Quarters, Cheap Prayer
Time: Monday2, night
Warnings: Just Wanda flipping out.
Thomas. Wanda had been overjoyed to see the name on the small blinking screen of the journals. Tommy Shepherd, he sounded like a nice boy. She bet he was nice. He had to be nice, look at where he came from? ... Which always begged the question as to where he did come from. Which she happily ignored for the moment, attempting to write out reasonable replies to his comments. He was hers, she was sure.
She was so very sure.
But... she had been sure before about things. Many things. Lots of things. A great number of things she had been more sure of than anything else in her life. The more they 'talked' (which seemed odd in and of itself because they were not face to face) the more it seemed that he doubted her. Then he apologized.
Wanda wasn't sure when she started throwing things. She just remembered the books. However, surveying the area, she had done more than just throw books. There was a number of objects she had never seen in her life strewn across the floor. And baby clothes and toys.
She was on her knees, and holding the teddy bear to her chest. She might be crying, but couldn't tell if that was her or if reality was just blurring again. Wanda rocked back and forth, "...please come back to me."
