OLYMPICS and other update
1) The US has regained the medal total lead. China has more gold medals, but we have more total medals. Very entertaining.
The men's gymnastics team competition was great. The US BARELY held on to the Bronze, but without Morgan and Paul Hamm, they were not expected to contend. Some of those routines US, and China were just insane!
Congrats to Togo and Tajikistan!! They both earned Bronze medals and it was the first time either country had ever won a medal! Seriously, I live for stories like that!!
HOw crazy is it that they could slow-motion reply where Carrie Walsh's wedding ring flew off during her Beach Volleyball match. The scene of people digging in the sand with metal detectors was crazy. Great that they found it.
Michael Phelps- 3 for 3. I know he will have the most gold medals of all time, but can he get all 8?? Time will tell, he looks incredibly strong in his wins so far.
2) I have decided that I use the phrase "You Bet" way to much. I noticed I said it a bunch of times in a row on the phone. It's crazy. Once I noticed that, I just keep catching myself saying it all the time. What's even stranger is that customers are saying it a lot to me too. Is it because I say it all the time? ANyway, it's just a weird thing I noticed.
3) The Mole--- stop reading now if you don't want to know. Craig was the Mole. I am VERY glad that Mark won. He was definitely my favorite contestant. Anyway, I'm pretty sure this will be the last Mole. I'm glad they brought it back. I'm glad I got to audition. I wish more people liked it as much as us loyal Mole Watchers.
