OK, GYM day 1

I did 10 minutes on an elliptical trainer and then 30 minutes on the bicycle burning a total of 400 calories. Laura does not want to go tonight, but I am (Hopefully) drop her mom at choir and then work out while she is at practice. I think it is a good plan and we'll see what happens. My legs aren't entirely sore either. I was a little surprised by that. I am going to take an incredibly ugly shot of me as a before and see what happens over time.
