Today I arrived back at home after a visit to Metaltown in Gothenburg, a two day festival with lots of metal and some Rammstein. Yes, he looks like a cross between a sasquatch and a berzerker, and he goes by the name of Johan ... which is SO anticlimactic.

Heh, yes, quite anticlimactic! I saw them at the death fest in Ohio right before I moved...you did too, I think? I was unimpressed, but absolutely fascinated by his beard as he sang.

Yes, I saw them there as well. They were a lot better this time around. On one song they brought on the singer from Entombed, which was pretty amazing. And they've matured a lot as a band. Still a bit too heavy on the Norse mythology, but what the heck, it makes for majestic lyrics. =)

Which reminds me..somehow..remember the place we went to in London to see Entombed back in 97? They've torn it down :(
