I've heard a lot of negative stuff about the PC version, much of which I'm not sure would bother me, but I don't want to have to pay $200 for a video card + the cost of the game. I might get an XBox 360 eventually when they are cheap and if MS ever gets the build quality of the hardware up to snuff. I'm still waiting on the word for the "Jasper" revision to see whether it really does address the issues as claimed. And I'm not convinced I would enjoy it controlled by a gamepad rather than keyboard and mouse. There's always PS3, but same thing about the controller. So, dilemma.

And the games today have become pretty darn stunning. At least some have. Dragon Age is beautiful as well, although much more taxing on the system, and Borderlands has very nice cartoony graphics. CoD:MW2 wins for sheer splendor so far though. I was sitting on the side of a Cayuse flying out over arctic waters and it was *so beautiful* I almost failed to realize we were being shot down by rpg's.
