Stupid Urban Legends!!!
So the "Somebody be throwin' hams" line has absolutely no meaning anymore because it turns out the story was an Urban Legend. Oh, well. I talked to my sister last night and she told me another really creepy story. This one was about a clown and apparently it was true and was in the local news and everything. I won't tell it here. I've heard that some people don't like clowns.
What's going on with me you say? Well, this is the third day in a row that I have woke up with a headache. And it's in the same spot on my head too. It's starting to worry me. It's not a really bad headache like a migraine, but it feels like it could turn into one. Drinking coffee seems to help, and I make it through the day usually. Yesterday though I ended up laying down around 7:00 while David watched Superman with the kids. I don't know if I ever went to sleep, but I did need the rest.
Now I know you're thinking, "You should go to the doctor for those headaches." But I am also still wearing my trial contact lenses which are not quite strong enough for me to see the best I could. My new ones should be in any day now, so I think I'll wait and see if maybe that is what the problem is.
My birthday is over now. It really wasn't as special as I hoped it would be. I had a friend once say that his birthday was just another day to him. I'm thinking now that maybe he's right. It was just a day. It was like every other day. I mean except for the trillion ton elephant in the corner which someone mentioned once.
The day after my birthday I got a card from my sister. :) That was nice. And she even sent money, so I get to buy me something. :D Sisters are the best.
So anyway, I have no plans at all for the weekend. There may be something going on at church Saturday. I can't remember. Other than that, nothing. We do tend to do things so 'spur of the moment' though, so maybe some fun will be had. ... Yeah, fun would be had anyway. :p
